In a world where digital communication dominates, people still appreciate the warmth and personalization that comes with receiving a handwritten note or a physical card. Greeting cards and stationery provide an easy, convenient way for individuals to express their sentiments without having to craft a lengthy email or text message. According to the Greeting Card Association’s 2020 report, the U.S. greeting card industry generated an estimated $7.5 billion in retail sales in 2019. The report also stated that Americans purchase approximately 6.5 billion greeting cards each year. Greeting cards and stationery offer a unique and meaningful way for individuals to connect with others and express themselves. Cards allow people to express their emotions in a tangible way that can be cherished and kept for years to come. Despite the rise of digitalization, many U.S. consumers continue to value and appreciate these traditional forms of communication.
