Now, 11 years after graduating from DePaul University, she finally has. Dog & Kitty in the City, 2622 N. Halsted St., is now open for business and serving up nutritious food, wholesome treats and stylish accessories for pets.

But the local furry friends boutique will go above and beyond the standard pet products.
Glimm, who has a history of volunteering with local animal rescues, says she’ll be teaming up with area animal shelters on at least a quarterly basis for adoption and fundraising events.
