Oshkosh Woman Turns Frying Experience into Breading Mix Start-up

Oshkosh, WI – Oshkosh resident Vickie Frank has no shortage of experience cooking what family members catch.

Growing up, Frank said her father would take her trout fishing up in the Iron River area. When she started dating, the fishing trips continued.

“Instead of being wined and dined on dates, I’d be in a fishing boat all night,” Frank said.
