coop & spree, a new retail concept for the young, stylish, metropolitan woman, today announced that it has signed a lease for its first retail store at 202 Elizabeth Street in New York City. As part of the announcement, the store will launch an exciting new shopping experience that includes the most coveted apparel and accessory designers from around the world, infused with cutting edge technologies and premium services that today’s sophisticated shopper has come to expect.

Scheduled to open in August 2014, coop & spree will occupy approximately 1,000 square feet in the heart of Nolita, with neighboring tenants including Vince, Helmut Lang, Maje, and Sandro. Gary Schwartzman & George Graf from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented coop & spree in the transaction.
