Fargo, ND – At Downtown Diva, a boutique store where everything sparkles, one corner of the room shines particularly bright.
That’s because most of what you’ll find there is bejeweled, including owner Marjorie Norris, whose sequined outfit and flashy jewels must compete with a personality that’s been lighting up the same corner of Main Avenue and Eighth Street for about 25 years.
“I just love bling. Everything I have is crystalized,” said Norris.
