Tucked away in what locals refer to as “Dempsey’s Shopping Center,” the small, unassuming storefront opens up into a wonderland of novelty gifts, trinkets and decor. Although this time of year, the store is decked out with Christmas goodies, it is filled with a colorful array of gifts and cards for every occasion.
It hasn’t always been a gift store though.
