Gift Shop Owner Relocates for More Space

Shelby, NC – Before Phyllis Moore opened her shop, Gifts and Creations by Phyllis, on U.S. 74, it was located in her home.
“I decided to open up a shop after I ran out of space at my home,” she said.
The new shop opened Nov. 21 next door to another Shelby landmark, the Pancake House.
