MSA Forward kicked off with a keynote presentation from Bob Phibbs, the Retail Doctor. Breakout sessions touched on topics like fair trade, accessibility, social media, customer engagement and more. Steve Farber, bestselling author and president of Extreme Leadership Inc., hosted a breakout session on extreme leadreship and presented the closing keynote during a luncheon.
