Museum Store Association hosts virtual expo in April

The Museum Store Association (MSA) will host its annual MSA Forward 2021 Conference and Expo in a virtual format this year, which will be held Apr. 28-29. This year’s format will offer participants exclusive content that includes speakers discussing inspirational concepts that retailers can benefit from and implement immediately. Additionally, networking events and a virtual showroom will be available. Attendees may register for MSA Forward 2021 beginning Mar. 22, 2021.

Event Details

• Free event for MSA member institutions.
• Non-MSA members can participate in the event for a fee.
• 13+ retail educational sessions are available.
• Two workshops are available to assist all levels of staff with retail topics: Retail Boot Camp and A Data Deep Dive.
• Roundtables are offered to discuss pertinent topics with peers.
• Retail sourcing with MSA vendors.

Awards

MSA Forward also hosts the Buyer’s Choice Awards and Recognition Awards. MSA will honor the winners at the MSA Forward virtual Membership Meeting and Awards Ceremony, which will be held on Apr. 29, 2021. Both award programs are now accepting nominations.
