The Guide Product Submissions

Please complete the following form to submit your listings for The Guide 2026. If you are not advertising in this specialty publication, free editorial listings are NOT guaranteed. SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS:

Image files must be hi-res (300 dpi) and are required to be at least 3.18″ w x 3.38″ h or bigger. Image files may not contain any text, copy or logos on the product image and must be in one of the following formats: CMYK, TIFF, PNG or JPG files. Please note no PDF files will be accepted. Product image files must be named as follows: CompanyName-ProductName-Category. For example: JohnSmithCo-PineScentedCandle-Candles. Please attach the product listing image(s) in a single compressed .zip file that contains no more than 10 image files, or by copy/pasting a Dropbox URL (WeTransfer is also an option) in the appropriate field on the submission form.

Product Listing submissions will be accepted now through Feb. 20, 2026.
