Mother’s Day is the third largest card-selling holiday
Sunday, May 8, 2022 is Mother’s Day and it is the third largest card-selling holiday that celebrates maternal bonds.
This coming Sunday, May 8, is Mother’s Day 2022. It is a celebration honoring mothers, motherhood, maternal bonds, and the influence of mothers in society.
“Being a parent, especially a mother, has to be one of the toughest jobs in the world. Having our peers recognize our fun play on words truly means a lot and it validates the tone and direction of our line. We are truly honored to be included amongst the winners of the 33rd Annual Louie Awards,” Fine Moments shared.

History of Mother’s Day
In honor of her late mother, Anna Jarvis of Philadelphia organized a day of celebration to honor mothers in 1908. Many states, towns, and churches adopted Mother’s Day as an annual holiday and Jarvis founded the Mother’s Day International Association to continually promote the holiday. In 1914, President Woodrow Wilson signed a decree stating the second Sunday of May a day for “public expression of our love and reverence for the mothers of our country” to make it an official holiday.Mother’s Day and Greeting Cards
