Chicks ‘Pop-up’ in the Hive

Alton, IL – Pop-up stores are trending on both coasts and major metropolitan areas such as Kansas City, Chicago, and even St. Louis said Melody Siddel, who is one of the owners of such as store.
Siddel’s store Three Charming Chicks pops up once a month to grace the streets of Downtown Alton where she explained the concept Sunday on the last day the store remained opened during this jaunt. The store opened Friday; it closed Sunday when before closing time it hosted an open house at 100 W. Third Street where The Hive gift and candy shop currently is located.
“We’ve probably had about a hundred people in on Friday,” said Carol Bartlett, another owner of Three Charming Chicks.
