Las Vegas Market confirms new and expanding furniture and bedding showrooms
Las Vegas Market confirmed that 13 new, expanding, relocating and renewing furniture and bedding showrooms are confirmed for Winter 2020 Las Vegas Market, which runs Jan. 26-30, 2020. These early leasing gains will add 96,000+ square feet to Las Vegas Market’s more than four million square feet of furniture resources.
“Furniture and bedding offerings in Las Vegas continue to expand and these early commitments speak to the Market’s overall ability to deliver results,” said Scott Eckman, executive vice president of furniture and home décor for International Market Centers (IMC).
This winter, two furniture exhibitors are opening showrooms in Buildings A. AC Pacific Corporation (sofas, recliners, accent chairs, bedding) is debuting in 3,720 square feet on A5; and Tres Irmaos Furniture (bedroom and entertainment) is opening a 2,295-square-foot showroom on A6.
Additionally, existing tenant Luonto Furniture (sofas, sleepers, sectionals, motion furniture) is relocating on B6.
Three leading furniture showrooms have renewed their commitment to Las Vegas Market. These tenants include: Best Home Furnishings (chairs, recliners, sofas, rockers); Klaussner Home Furnishings (upholstery, reclining furniture, bedroom, dining room, occasional tables) and New Pacific Direct (dining, bedroom and accent furnishings).
