Las Vegas Market continues to grow home décor

Las Vegas Market announced today that home décor momentum continues to soar, with significant numbers of newcomers, expansions and renewals on tap for the Winter 2016 Las Vegas Market, running Jan. 24-28, 2016, at World Market Center Las Vegas. “Las Vegas Market continues to expand its better home décor offerings, with some 22,851-square-feet of new-to-market resources debuting this January, along with more than 37,533-square-feet of showroom expansions and renewals already confirmed before year-end,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Gift & Home Décor, International Market Centers. “As the leading furniture, home décor and gift destination in the western United States, Las Vegas Market is generating increased interest among leading suppliers and providing a more dynamic and exciting shopping environment for retail buyers.”

Winter Market will showcase 12 new showrooms on six floors in Buildings A and C.  These newcomers include suppliers in a variety of home décor categories, including: Ave Home, a supplier of accent furniture and accessories, on C3; casual furniture supplier FermobUSA on C4; portable lighting supplier FlowDécor, relocating from temporary space to showroom on C5; Galt International Company, Inc., a supplier of decorative accessories and seasonal merchandise, on C7; outdoor décor vendor Garden Age Supply on C6; textiles and decorative pillow provider Loom & Mill on C5; Roberta Schilling, a provider of accent furniture and lifestyle accessories, on C5; Sagebrook Home, a purveyor of decorative accessories and accent furniture on A4; rug vendor Tayse Rugs on C7; wall art supplier Trowbridge Gallery on C5; and decorative accessories resource Zaer LTD on C6.

In addition to these new showrooms, two key showroom expansions will be unveiled at the Winter Market: furniture and home textiles supplier Classic Home is expanding by nearly 54 percent on C3; and rug supplier Kaleen Rugs is expanding by nearly 57 percent on C4.

Renewal activity is also brisk in Las Vegas Market’s home décor category, with more than seven existing tenants extending their commitments for 31,500-square-feet of showroom space in Buildings A, B and C.

In addition to the enrichment of better home décor offerings, other highlights of Winter Market include continued expansion in the gourmet, housewares and casual/outdoor furniture categories; a major expansion of temporary exhibition space with the addition of a second location to The Pavilions at Las Vegas Market; and overall enhancement of top furniture resources, and leading gift and lifestyle vendors.
