Victoria Jorgenson bought Bella Boutique in Sioux Falls, S.D., 10 years ago. When her husband accepted a job in the Des Moines metro area, Jorgenson decided to open a boutique in West Des Moines in 2009.
She opened a downtown location in January 2013, followed by an Ankeny location this fall.
