New Gift Boutique Opens in Charles Town

Charles Town, WV – Shoppers looking for unique gifts, home decor and gourmet food from local sources have a new shop to explore.
Et Cetera, located at 130 W. Washington Street, opened Friday afternoon and celebrated its grand opening with a reception. Guests were invited to browse the shop, sample food and wine and meet the owner, Stephanie Smith.
Smith, previously a realtor, decided to open the business because she wanted a change.
