Staten Island, NY – A self-proclaimed avid shopper, Giovanna Carlucci loved buying clothing for her four children at local boutiques.
“My daughters were always complimented on the clothes they wore that I purchased at (the former) Kiddie Chic boutique in Tottenville. So when the opportunity came up to take the space over, with the help of family and friends, I jumped at it,” said Ms. Carlucci, who owns Lollipop Couture with partner, Richard Gambal.
Her clientele are those parents who seek a wide range of styles and clothing lines not sold in the average department store.
