Chicago, IL – At three years old, Chris Kadow-Dougherty packed her little pink suitcase and tried running away to the candy store. Her mother found her at the corner and brought her back home.
“It’s taken nearly 40 years, but I finally have my own candy shop!” exclaims the founder, owner and chief candy maker at Whimsical Candy.
