Up River Trading Co. More Than Coffee

Fairfield, CT – They’re pouring on the good taste.

Jeff Love and Jeff Stein — two Fairfield friends and business associates — have opened Dash ‘N Drizzle, a shop that gives customers a chance to sample a variety of balsamic vinegars and olive oils, and purchase their favorites.

The shop at 11 Unquowa Road stocks 25 different varieties of olive oil from around the world — Greece, Italy, South America. Customers can grab a piece of bread, fruit or a tiny cup, and sample white truffle, organic habanero and Tuscan herb oils.

Unique Shop Offers Space For Businesses to Grow

Brownwood, TX – When her last tenant moved out, Joey Broussard knew she needed to find a new tenant for her storefront across the street from Hamilton’s.

“I was visiting shops in Mason trying to get ideas for a new tenant, when a small card on the door caught my eye,” Broussard said. “It simply said, ‘Space for rent.'”

Broussard recalls thinking that was the oddest thing she’d seen in a while but then realized she could bring the concept to her downtown store.
