“We’ve always wanted to do something together,” she said.
They both came from the interior design world in different ways. Wilson used to own Edelman Leather — the largest designers of leather for interior design — in Newtown and New Milford with her family. Kearney was a manufacture’s representative calling on architectural firms in New York City.

Unique Gift Items Store Opens
Lexington, NC – The Blackbird Box recently opened across from the old Arts United building on South Main Street in uptown Lexington.
The owner, Jenine Flitton, moved to Lexington from Michigan after her husband had back surgery and couldn’t withstand the severe cold anymore. Before relocating to Lexington, Flitton sold her store of antiques, collectibles, hand-crafted items and really strange items, which she had named The Country Hen House.

Beverly Frills Departs Port Jefferson, Takes Up Shop in Stony Brook
Stony Brook, NY – Beverly Frills, the Port Jefferson boutique known for its party dresses and accessories especially for ‘tweens, has packed up shop and moved to Stony Brook.
The space on Port Jefferson’s East Main Street, where Beverly Frills was located for five years until this past December, saw one major flaw, according to owner Angela Janetakis.
“The parking was a nightmare there,” she said.
